Just a little less high tech and more basic than an inner city gas station here in the U.S. but the principal is the same.
When you arn't allowed to own a gun, you adapt.
They can own a shotgun.The problem is that the cops are all for sale, and won't protect your store if you don't pay them.
That takes the cake.
